Asenath “Seenie” Dukat was just eight years old when she was kidnapped and murdered in 1980. Now, over 42 years later, police in Ohio say they are finally sure who abducted and killed her, according to a press release from the City of Upper Arlington.

On June 3rd, 1980 at 4:34 P.M. Asenath Dukat was reported missing by her parents after she did not arrive home from school. The victim's parents indicated that Seenie walked home from school, which was approximately 12 blocks away, and would usually arrive home at 4:00 P.M.
