Reporting Fraud. Florida's public assistance programs are meant to help our most vulnerable families bounce back from difficult times. Some programs have sufficient funding but all the funds come from the same source: the taxpayer. It is everyone's responsibility to report fraud.
Report Potential Public Assistance Fraud. The Office of Public Benefits Integrity is responsible for investigating public assistance fraud or misuse regarding the SNAP (Food Assistance), TANF (Cash Assistance), and Medicaid programs by individuals.

To be eligible for a reward, the information and report must: Be reported by an identifiable member of the public who is at least eighteen (18) years or older; Be reported to DCF, Department of Financial Services (DFS), or the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE);
