There is a problem with Sky HD box that affects HDMI control signals, try unplugging the the Sky box then switching everything off then on again to prove this is the cause. 21 cze 2007 · I am kind of lost with the viera link as it says "feature not available" when I select the viera link on the tv handset. What should I be looking for to get this working- - both options are activated in the tv/dvd settings menus.

I have used our Panasonic TH-50GX700Z with a Samsung Soundbar Q90R for almost 2 years with no issue, however after a firmware update on the TV (4.743), Viera Link became immediately unavailable. I have tried; Ensuring soundbar firmware is up to date: it is. Attempting to roll back the Panasonic firmware update: TV won't accept older firmware.
