When the light turns red, it means the battery is very low. Plug the MiFi into the charger, or connect it to a USB port on your computer. The LED turns solid amber when the battery is charging, and blinks amber when the MiFi has a problem.
The device may not be turning on because the battery is dead or almost dead. In order to check if the issue is with the battery, plug in the charger for at least 15 minutes and try to power on the device again. This time, try holding down the power button for at least 5 seconds.
11 lip 2009 · If you are confident it's not a signal level issue, ask Verizon for a replacement Mifi. My first one kept flashing red when the battery was well charged, while the Mifi was in use. Verizon replaced it and I've had no similar issue with the current unit.

Universally, a blinking green light means that your MiFi is successfully connected to your service provider’s data network, in which case there should be no further network issues.
