Question. Picking up a new vehicle this week and the dealer is offering a 48 month warranty on it. Did some look-ups on the group and you don't see much good, but I know that the only people who post reviews on sites like the BBB are people who are angry. Anyone ever deal with the group?
22 lip 2017 · I recently had to use my United Car Care Platinum vehicle coverage for the first time. Upon receiving my warranty information the next 2 times I heard from my service advisor ( from the repair shop of my choice, Buick ) I was informed that my warranty was in perfect order and later that my vehicle was ready to be picked up.
Platinum Coverage is exclusionary coverage, which means all components and parts of your vehicle are covered except for the items listed in the “What Is Not Covered” section of your contract. There are a few components NOT covered by the United Car Care Platinum Plan such as, but not limited to: WRAP Coverage (6-12) is also
29 mar 2021 · DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. when we bought our 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan less than a year ago, the dealer talked us into buying a platinum plan from United Car Care. we were hesitant but finally gave in and spent the $3,000.00 to get the plan.
9 sty 2020 · I bought the platinum warranty from the dealer when I got my car 2 years ago, have never used it until now. They worked with a local BMW service center and a $1745.65 repair was completely covered minus the $100 deductable. Very happy with the level of service. Date of experience: April 09, 2021.
