8 kwi 2016 · The message "unable to access jarfile" is misleading. If you type the jarfile name incorrectly, you still get the same message not "no such file or directory". So, if you are in the directory where the jarfile is located, first, make sure that you typed the name correctly.
3 kwi 2015 · Check what permissions the file currently has using ls -l /bin/Test.jar. Maybe you didn't give execution permissions to all users or didn't assign read permission. You can simply fix this with a chmod guo+rx /bin/Test.jar and the necessary permissions should be there.

10 wrz 2020 · The error message tells that the file forge-1.12.2-14.23.5.2854-universal.jar is not present in the current directory. Try it this way, please: Use the Thunar file manager and navigate to the directory where the file forge-1.12.2-14.23.5.2854-universal.jar has been saved.
