UET Lahore is a public university that offers bachelors, masters and PhD programs in engineering and technology. It has four campuses, seven faculties, 26 teaching departments and 11 affiliated colleges.
The university operates over five campuses within the Punjab region, with the main site in Lahore, and links to 23 research centres. The student population numbers over 11,000 across undergraduate, master's and PhD disciplines.
Department of Chemical Engineering. The Department was established in 1962 and is the first in the country to institute Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctoral degree courses in Chemical Engineering. Currently, it has an enrollment of about 371 students pursuing undergraduate studies.
