A valid government issued photo ID is required to test. Driver’s license, Passport, State ID. A UCF Student ID is only acceptable as a secondary ID. Access to personal items, such as cellphones, bags, or study materials is not permitted during testing.

Criteria for certification are rigorous and based on the NCTA Professional Standards and Guidelines, which were developed to guide postsecondary test centers in the delivery of quality testing programs.
Many degree programs at UCF include a foreign language proficiency requirement for graduation. At the University Testing Center, students can test for proficiency in many languages by taking the Foreign Language Achievement Tests (FLATS) or CLEP exams.
