31 sty 2024 · If you want the extra move speed, just build Cosmic Drive with the other commonly built items (Rapidfire Cannon/Lich Bane). Unless you have any of the 4 champs I mentioned above on your team, Shurelya will always be useless in place of Cosmic, especially since Cosmic will give you the AP you need to burst people, plus more move speed after 2 hits.
Stage Three (IMPORTANT) level to 6 on 3-2 and roll it down for swain, galio, twisted fate 2. econ back up and slow roll on level 6. Stage Four and Beyond. if you're strong + healthy, slow roll for everything. otherwise, only roll for only swain, galio, twisted fate, velkoz. stay on level 7 until you hit velkoz 3.
13 paź 2023 · MY FIRST STRIKE TWISTED FATE BUILD IS OP | Season 13. Change your secondaries. Eyeball + Ingenious hunter. Cosmic + ingenious for 60 item haste on your 3 items with meaningful cooldowns that's a 37% reduction in their CDs. 75s Zhonyas from 120s, .9s from 1.5s on lich, 7s from 10s on ludens... it's better than anything sorcery gives you.
10 sty 2024 · Utility build with Luden's what is blud smokin. I feel like lunden -> lich -> tempest -> rabadon might be the way At least for a damage build. Lost chapter into lich into finish ludens into rabadon into zhonya/banshee into that new one that gives magic pen and move speed. Ludens/storm -> lich bane -> shadow/dcap -> void.

Well, depends on your playstyle. I personally like to take Electrocute as I can harass my laner easier. Everfrost 1st item is a must, whether winning or losing.
