1 gru 2018 · The majority of the race will follow the waterfront along the East Arm of Grand Traverse Bay, including Birchwood Drive, East Shore Road, Center Road (M-37), and Bluff Road. The scenic route has some of the most breathtaking views available on any marathon course.

Each year it is considered one of the fastest Spring marathons in the U.S. The Full Marathon starts on the grounds of Northwestern Michigan College then winds through the waterfront along the East Arm of Grand Traverse Bay.

Hosted by Traverse City Track Club, Bayshore features a 10K, half marathon a full marathon, and a kids 1.2 mile fun run. The number of runners in all three races is limited to ensure a more enjoyable experience.
