So in simple words, crackers(online-fix devs) use Steam's Developer's Test game API to allow you and your friend play the game without actually owning it. This will not work with official servers because they check if you have the game, and since you don't, authentication fails.

Added support for Goldberg's experimental steam_api emu. Made a new system for applying cracks, which should allow SAC to support more cracks way more easily in the long term. This system also attempts to overwrite previous cracks, in case the game got updated or the previous crack didn't work.
