Once the installation is done, the camera will shut down by itself before turning on again. The camera firmware will now be up to date. Make sure to use a SD card class 10/U1 up to 32GB.
Open the SPYPOINT app > Select the Cameras tab > go the Status page. Then check the Firmware Version under Device Information section. Go to the Support Page > All about my Device > select your camera model from the dropdown list > and scroll down to Firmware Update section.
You'll find user manuals, activation procedures, software updates, catalog, FAQs and contact information to reach us.
Upload your photos to your computer and run a long format for your SD/MicroSD card. Uncheck the “Quick Format” under the format option. Try using a new premium quality SD/MicroSD card, if the long format doesn’t resolve your issue. Must be: Complete a firmware update if your device doesn't have the most recent firmware version.
The LINK-MICRO-S LTE will install the update automatically. Once the camera has been updated, it will set itself up again.
The Flex performs the firmware update automatically for about 5 minutes. The camera will restart several times. The camera will then go through the connection process.
