15 kwi 2023 · We can watch via the Spectrum app from our iPads without issue so the issue is the Apple TV & Spectrum app combination. I have deleted the Spectrum app, reinstalled, no fix. I have restarted Spectrum internet as well as the Apple TV device - no fix.
11 mar 2024 · I have been trying to launch my Spectrum TV app on My Ipad Pro, Ipad Air and Apple TV Devices and it will not launch. It shows an error message. I have contacted Spectrum and was told it has to do with recent software updates from Apple. Is anyone having the same issue?

Power cycle everything (your TV, console, router, and TV) by unplugging them off, waiting a few seconds, and then plugging them back in. Make sure both the My Spectrum and Spectrum TV apps are updated. 1.

2 cze 2021 · It probably means that the app suspects that it isn’t connected to the internet. If other apps connect to internet just fine, then reset the app: Force-quit the app, then relaunch and try again. If the issue persists, force-quit the app, restart the device, then relaunch and try again.
