Themes for the PSP are located on the memory card in /PSP/THEME/ folder. PTF themes work on official and custom firmware while CTF themes only work on custom firmware with the CXMB plugin. Themes listed work on 6.60 and 6.61. To set up CXMB see this page.

10 lut 2019 · Sony has released a new version of Custom Theme Converter a handy authoring tool that allows you to create custom themes for your PSP's. The latest update now supports the official firmware 6.20. It also includes some new icons and other categories.
To create your own theme you need to download the official Sony PSP Theme Creator. Prepare preview icon, preview image and wallpaper for your theme, select file> export and you will have your theme in PTF format.
