20 kwi 2009 · This is my first real trap gun, what I was shooting before was a Ruger REd Label for both singles and doubles. This gun has very little recoil, opens smoothly and looks good (Grade 3 wood.) I think you will be happy....NO it is not a K or P gun, but it shoots just as well in my opinion.
8 mar 2014 · Here's a write up on an SKB GC7 28ga that I just bought. This model was one of the last built at the SKB plant in Japan before it closed down in 2009. It doesn't have the classic SKB "swoosh" but looks more like a Beretta DT-10.
11 sie 2009 · I know the GC7 is a price point gun, but they are offering an instant rebate and jaqua's has a good price on one (Left handed 12 ga 30" barrels with adjustable stock for about $1450 delivered.) Does anyone have experience with the SKB GC7 or any suggestions for a left handed sporting gun?
10 wrz 2009 · I am looking at the Grade I Clays, 30" fixed stock gun. Dan at SKB says the Seven is lighter than the 855 and is better suited for Intl' disciplines. My old faithful Browning Special Sporting Edition is muzzle heavy for Intl' shooting chores. I am wanting to get back into Bunker shooting.
23 sie 2009 · SKB is a shotgun company that flies under the radar of most wing and clays shooters, which is regrettable given the enthusiastic impression the GC7 Three-Barrel Set made on the Shotgun Life Peer Review Posse.
SKB Model GC7 Sporting Clays Series 12 ga shotgun. This is a nice Sporting Clays shotgun made in Japan before SKB closed down and moved the manufacturing to Turkey. The GC7 has a Greener crossbolt boxlock receiver with engraved silver nitrate finish. 30" monobloc barrels with lenghtened forcing cones and is threaded for SKB Competition choke tubes.
