Help - My "Sample Pictures" are gone! My recently installed Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit system came with several sample pictures, and I just noticed they are no longer there. I can't find them anywhere in my system. Is there a Microsoft web site that I can download them from, to re-establish them into my pictures, or any other way to get them?

Then they should be in the folder into which you imported them from the flash stick, in the Pictures folder which you said is the source for the slideshow. Go through the sub folders to see if you can find them there. Windows MVP 2010-2020 (ret).
12 wrz 2022 · However, in the properties for the folder, under 'Customize', there's a section that allows me to choose a Folder Picture to display in File Explorer. I used this extensively on Win10, so I'm familiar with how it should function. I can select a picture using this, but then in the file explorer it doesn't appear to actually do anything.
if you have set OneDrive to sync data and to store the data on your PC as well as on the cloud, then the protos should be in your Pictures Library folder in your user profile folder. 17 cze 2022 · So in my Pictures folder, I used to see all the images as thumbnails, as I should. Now, some images are showing as usual, then there's a bunch not showing. All I did was update Windows, sheesh, it's like living in a rocket with Microsoft, one moment you're headed in the right direction, galaxy etc, next you're hurtling into the Sun.

7 kwi 2020 · It looks set correctly to get the Spotlight pictures. If the fun facts are missing on the screen once signed in, then in Lock Screen Settings change to a Picture or Slideshow until the setting shows up to choose the Fun Facts. Once it's set you can change it back to Spotlight. I think they changed this to keep people from turning it off. Strange.

16 maj 2012 · So a few days ago, I log in to my family computer and see that my desktop background has changed to the regular Vista background and all my desktop icons and widgets are gone. I look in the 'My Pictures' folder and see that none of my pictures are there except for the Sample Pictures. I go on iTunes and all my music is gone.
