2 mar 2023 · The Rillito River Park Trail is a park in Tucson, Arizona, that spans the length of the Rillito River from Interstate 10 in the west to Craycroft Road in the east. It's maintained by Pima County.
The Rillito River Park Trail runs along both sides of its namesake river, from N. Craycroft Road to under Interstate 10, where it links with the Santa Cruz River Park Trail. The trail is fully paved, with a parallel soft-surface path for equestrians and joggers also available for much of the route.
This is a popular trail for hiking and road biking, but you can still enjoy some solitude during quieter times of day. The trail is open year-round and is beautiful to visit anytime. Market to Market starting from St. Phillip's Plaza Farmers' Market and heading toward Rillito Park Farmers' Market.
The Rillito River Park spans miles of the Rillito River along with the Loop pedestrian/bike path. I stopped in just off of Campbell Avenue where there is a small parking lot. The Loop is easily accessible and the path is very smooth.
