18 kwi 2024 · Do I guess correctly that you want to restore an image that was originally made with Backup and Restore (Windows 7)? If so: To do that, you first have to reinstall Windows. Then, you run B&R from the fresh copy of Windows and restore your backup. In that case, the instructions you were previously given are actually correct.
