Here, you need to adjust your rear sight in the same direction as your shots need to be going. If your shots are lining up low, raise your sight. If they are lining up high, then you need to lower it.
Make sure the rifle is unloaded and safe to work on. Locate the windage and elevation screws on the rear sight. Turn the windage screw to adjust the point of impact left or right. Turn the elevation screw to adjust the point of impact up or down. Fire a few rounds and check the point of impact.
