It's tricky, because a) how good a professor is is largely subjective, and b) professor performance can vary over time. Also, remember that RMP isn't really statistically correct -- the people who post on there are not a random sample of all students who have taken the class, so keep that in mind.
The worst professor I've had so far is by far Brokk Toggerson, especially right now with the online classroom. He knows his subject damn well, but he is insufferably gate-keepy about everything. When the class does reasonably well on an exam, he accuses us all of cheating when in reality he just gave us easy questions.
Not sure if I've had a definitive worst. But my absolute favorite professor by a long mile is Anne Broadbridge.
