PSP Themes. Themes for the PSP are located on the memory card in /PSP/THEME/ folder. PTF themes work on official and custom firmware while CTF themes only work on custom firmware with the CXMB plugin. Themes listed work on 6.60 and 6.61. To set up CXMB see this page.

17 maj 2007 · A naruto theme that is currently on my own psp. Its a great background (edited by Acidburn). It shows the first encounter of Akatsuki and the two tails demon in the manga comic of naruto.

The issue is, unlike for the 3DS or Vita, nobody bothered to create a custom themes website with a methodology for posting, previewing and mirroring the themes. Which I guess is fair, the PSP is pretty old now. I found this: https://pspunk.com/psp-themes/.
