14 mar 2019 · Recent research reported that intake of PC from sugarcane for 8 weeks caused reduction of blood pressure, TC (up to 20%), and TG (up to 14%) accompanied by elevation of HDL-C level (up to 1.3-fold) in healthy female with prehypertension (systolic 120–139 mmHg, diastolic 80–89 mmHg) and without endocrinological disorder.
