17 lut 2017 · More options gives you a choice between 2 items in the item room. Pay to win forces the game to spawn item rooms with a reroll machine. So "pay to win" replaces "more options" left side item with a reroll machine. Note: if "pay to win" can spawn the reroll machine in a corner and does so im not sure if your left item choice gets voided.
