Hours of Operation. Mon - Thu: 5:30am - 9:00pm. Fri: 5:30am - 8:00pm. Sat: 7:00am - 6:00pm. Sun: 2:00pm - 5:00pm.
The Moody Family YMCA is a 58,500 square foot facility with a full gymnasium, health & wellness center, group exercise rooms, indoor cycling studio, 25 yard lap pool, warm water teaching and therapy pool, locker rooms, Hodges Hall community room, sports fields and an underground parking garage with 300+ parking spaces.
