Orange Sauce. In a bowl, dissolve the cornstarch in the water. Set aside. In a small saucepan, combine the brown sugar, vinegar, onion, garlic and orange zest. Bring to a boil and let simmer until the brown sugar starts to caramelize. Add the orange juice and simmer for 1 minute.
