Plaintiff, Oleg Volk, for his Complaint against Derek Zeanah, states the following: THE PARTIES 1. Plaintiff Oleg Volk (“Volk”) is an individual residing at 3112 Chambley Court, Hermitage, TN 37076. 2. On information and belief, Defendant Derek Zeanah (“Zeanah”) is an individual residing at 470 Country Club Road, Statesboro, Georgia 30458.

After failed attempts to peacefully resolve the dispute, it has become necessary for me to initiate a lawsuit against Derek Zeanah for the return of thehighroad.org domain name and the forum database.

22 gru 2010 · Oleg Volk and Derek Zeanah announce that they have settled their dispute related to ownership of The High Road online forum and the accompanying litigation pending in Federal District Court in Statesboro, Georgia.
