Log-in to E-file If you are ready to e-file your court papers, choose the court you want to file in below. After logging in, you will need to choose your court again, and choose whether you are starting a case or filing into an existing case.
view the authorized courts and case types for NYSCEF. To e-file without an attorney, visit our Unrepresented Litigants website. Search for cases as a public user. You do not have to login to search. NOTE: NYSCEF has both a Live system and a Training system. Each system requires you to register and obtain a distinct user name and password.

If you are an attorney admitted to practice in New York State, you must enter the Registration Number and Password from your New York State Unified Court System Attorney Online Service Account to log in to Court-PASS.
