How is NIS Pension Calculated? Pension is at a percentage of the current rate depending on the number of years you contributed to the scheme. Those who worked for up to 10 years will receive a ¼ of the rate, 11-25 years will receive ¾ and over 26 years will receive the full rate for their pension.
