But The Food Show With Tom Fitzmorris is an anomaly, occupying more hours of prime airtime every week than any other show about taste in the history of the medium. It’s the longest-running talk show of any kind in New Orleans.

Tom Fitzmorris is a New Orleans food critic, radio host and author. Mr. Fitzmorris a Certified Culinary Professional by the IACP. He began publishing a newsletter, The New Orleans MENU, in 1977. That newsletter continues to this day at his website, NOmenu.com.
