MyPlate is a visual reminder to choose a variety of foods from each of the food groups over the course of the day. It is customizable, based on science, and offers free tools and resources to help you meet your goals.
MyPlate Plan shows you how much and what to eat within your calorie allowance based on your age, sex, height, weight and physical activity level. You can get your own plan, find out your plan in Spanish, or browse the plans for different age groups and calorie levels.
