MyHealth Records is an online tool that allows Albertans 14 years of age and older to view their own health records. You may access and manage your immunization records, medication history, diagnostic reports and most lab results in one safe spot on your computer, tablet or smartphone.
Your Alberta.ca Account lets you sign in once for seamless access to available online services across government. It also gives you a secure way to verify who you are online without paper documents or face-to-face visits, while protecting your information and privacy.

With an Alberta.ca Account for personal use, you can have either a verified or basic account which will determine which online services you are able to access. Verified account. You can update your Alberta driver’s licence or Alberta identification card information, such as your name, address, and date of birth, by visiting an Alberta registry in person. While online updates are not available, you will receive your new card by mail within 10 business days.
