22 maj 2024 · 1) Open Registry editor (regedit.exe) 2) Navigate to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\MIME\Database\Content Type\image/jpeg. 3) Change the value of the Extension key from ".jfif" to ".jpg". This helped and worked. Thank you. Spot on mate - thanks. Use the old Teams App. if you are in computer, when you download the picture it will download as either PNG or JPEG.

Select the location where you want to save the file and click "Save." The chat history will be saved as a .txt file that you can open and view in any text editor.
