11 gru 2022 · I just received an order from MPG today. I had ordered the same four small parts from another online OEM vendor and got an email from them saying three of the four parts were on national beck order and were not available. I decided to try another vendor, moparpartsgiant in this case.
Company charged me a restocking fee and made me pay for return shipping after I used their vin checker on the part that was sent. It was clearly the part I did not need and I showed them pictures too. Customer service was a complete joke and were rude over the phone and useless in the chat feature. They said i didnt use their website properly.
I needed a part for my Jeep. My local dealer didn’t have it nor did their distribution center. They said due to the UAW strike they weren’t sure when they could get it. I reached out to MoparPartsGiant. They had the part in stock, for a lower price and it shipped out that day! Date of experience: October 25, 2023
