Model Z debuted in Mega Man ZX. It is one of the six Biometal that were created by Ciel to counteract Model W and keep its core sealed away. Model Z eventually arrived in the hands of its Biomatch, Girouette .
Model ZX combines the abilities of Models X and Z, giving the user both short-range and long-range attack capabilities. It plays quite similarly to Zero from the Mega Man Zero series, featuring a three-slash combo with the ZX Saber and three charge levels with the ZX Buster.
