I’ve been taking my vehicles to the Midas in Gurnee near the Gurnee Mills Mall for the last 11 years. They are very customer service oriented and their diagnostic ability is amazing. 20 mar 2020 · Midas Car Service: High prices on replacement parts and non-performed services - They charged me $ 362 more for replacement parts than the market value. - They did not perform the engine wash service as they told me (and who knows what else) - They did not comply with the committed times.
