  2. Partnerships with nonprofits drive the Play it Forward spirit for Mattels global philanthropy. Our partners serve children and families while leveraging our resources through existing programming and offerings.

  3. Volunteerism and community work are an important part of life at Mattel. Our employees donate their time to support our global communities by delivering toys, organizing beautification projects, providing skills-based mentorship, participating in fundraisers, and granting wishes.

  4. #PlayItForward. We partnered with Target and Save the Children, a charity that helps kids in need. We’ll donate up to $150,000 when you buy select Mattel toys.

  5. To ensure that all children have the opportunity to play, the Mattel Children's Foundation continues to donate toys–including American Girl dolls, books, and clothing–to numerous nonprofits serving children and families in need throughout the year.
