That achievement was a huge, huge pain in the ass. I ended up doing the Missive for that area around twenty times.
You could also evolve while being in a raid group - therefore the quest bar won't fill up and you can stay there all day and even do the achievement King of the Monsters. ( I wish we could have thought of it earlier so we could skip doing the daily 4 times :D )
