This is the list of all K-1 champions. Included are the K-1 World Grand Prix and K-1 World MAX champions as well as all the preliminary tournament winners from the events promoted by K-1 and FEG (1993-2011), K-1 Global (2012–2023) and later by K-1 (2014–present) following the former's dissolution.
K-1 is a professional kickboxing promotion established in 1993 by karateka Kazuyoshi Ishii. Originally under the ownership of the Fighting and Entertainment Group (FEG), K-1 was considered to be the largest Kickboxing organization in the world. [1] The organization was known for its heavyweight division fights and Grand Prix tournaments. [2]

28 lut 2024 · A true legend of the sport, Peter Aerts is a Dutch kickboxer widely regarded as one of the greatest heavyweight fighters in history. He is a three-time K-1 World Grand Prix champion and a former Heavyweight World Muay Thai champion. Aerts retired from kickboxing in 2020 with 108 wins and 81 KOs/TKOs.
It was announced on August 23, 2021 that Verhoeven would make the tenth defense of his Glory Heavyweight Championship against the 2010 K-1 World Grand Prix winner Alistair Overeem. The fight was scheduled for Glory: Collision 3 on October 23, 2021. [ 82 ]
