1 kwi 2018 · Can anyone who has experienced riding in a Jeff Smith, especially if it was a cowhorse saddle, the pros and cons? I know the quality is bar-none, what about comfort? Contact with the horse? If you don't like these saddles, what else would you recommend?

18 sie 2016 · Jeff Smith makes a pretty good saddle I guess, but it's almost like a straight copy of a Teskey's Saddle in my opinion. Same medocre quality, same tree, different name. They're a tad over priced for my liking but if you can find a deal on one they may be worth the money.
12 lis 2018 · Jeff Smith has two different lines of saddles. I'm not defending or cussing him but you need to pay attention to which ones your buying. As a starter cowhorse or cutter a lot of people use them.

25 kwi 2017 · This post is for those who have good knowledge and familiarity of Sean Ryan and Jeff Smith cutting saddles (and other makers who make similar cutting saddles). My question is how do they get their leather so supple, soft, and delivered virtually broke-in when brand new?

26 gru 2021 · If that one is a Jeff Smith Cowboy Collection, I think they go for about $1100-$1500, new? I'm not sure about the Teskeys as I've ridden more Jeff Smiths and they are a pretty common saddle for cutters and reind cowhorse people.
