Irish Life’s MAPS, or Multi-Asset Portfolios, are a range of investment funds that invest in a mix of different asset classes, such as equities, bonds, property, and cash. The aim of MAPs funds are to provide diversified investment solutions that suit different risk profiles and investment goals.

MAP3 will be managed to an Irish Life risk rating of IL3 and you don’t have to worry about switching your fund, if your attitude to risk doesn’t change. Our investment managers do this through: > Continually monitoring and assessing the assets within each MAPS fund > Rebalancing each MAPS fund on a quarterly basis
The Multi Asset Portfolios (MAPS) highlight Irish Life’s on-going commitment to bringing the most appropriate and cost effective investment solutions for Defined Contribution (DC) pension schemes to the market place.
Irish Life monitors and rebalances the fund regularly and may change the investment asset mix over time. The objective of the fund is to produce a return 3% in excess of the cash deposit rates (measured by the Euro Short-Term Rate since January 2022). This is not guaranteed, and the fund can experience negative returns.
