You can apply for a new passport via the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA)’s Application for Passport On-line Electronic System (APPLES). Alternatively, you may submit your application at the nearest Singapore Overseas Mission.

You may apply online for a new passport at go.gov.sg/passport. Alternatively, you may complete and mail this application form to the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (lCA), ICA Building, 10 Kallang Road, Singapore 208718.
