The Hyacinth Macaw is an almost extinct bird, they live in central/eastern South America, Brazil. It's the largest macaw and the largest flying parrot species in the world and are captured and sold to extremely high prices. Birds in captivity fetch a price of around 10.000 € ($9,000-$12,000 US.)
