A true human tail is accepted as a failure of regression in fetal life and should be treated as a benign lesion and treatment is simple excision.

1 kwi 2023 · Surgical excision of human tail through elliptical incision. The intraoperative and postoperative course of the patient was smooth without any recorded complication. The patient started breast feeding 2 hours post-operatively and was discharged after 24 hours with follow up afterwards.
