There is no way to "Prove" someone is cheating in this game. This game is so easy to cheat in, and admins do not have the tools to spectate other players. But if you want proof that these cheaters exist, then look up VAC_MAN on youtube. He's posted 4 or 5 videos of him blatantly cheating in HLL.
