Contact your state agency to report stolen SNAP benefits. Households have 30 calendar days after the state has started their plan (Aug. 24, 2023) to submit a retroactive claim. If the claim form is accessed on the 30 th calendar day, you have 10 more calendar days to return the form to the state.
