4 mar 2024 · To make a graduation leis out of candy, start by cutting a 4-foot long piece of cellophane that’s about 6 inches wide. Place a small candy bar length-wise on top of the cellophane. Take the long, top edge of the cellophane and roll it around the candy, forming a tube.
