I actually think his lectures are some core teachings that literally every medical student should hear. It’s only like 20 hours and he covers almost everything that could get you to pass step1 assuming you already had a solid background knowledge from b&b or something
So outside of that, the single best resource for me was Goljan Audio Tapes. I listened to the entire series 2-3 times. At least 60% of my exam was straight from Goljan. It's amazing how little boards has changed since 2002 when those tapes were recorded.
28 mar 2015 · I suggest getting better at listening to lectures because then you can do it while you walk your dog, do chores, walk around the supermarket, etc. It makes idle time much more productive. Repetition is the mother of all learning and it doesn't really matter how you do it.
