Each wire lot undergoes continuous & meticulous testing and 100% final inspection so that performance characteristics can be guaranteed. Recovery Force of S304 Stainless Steel G&H tests* and evaluates every production run of archwires to ensure they meet our stringent performance standards.
Wire is wound onto precise forms of diferent sizes and shapes. Wires are mechanically polished in a proprietary media with an abrasive polishing agent ensuring the best wire surface for optimal sliding mechanics during clinical treatement. Heat-treatment sets the archform shape to wire.
