The Formula 5 MC 135mm f/2.8 is a telephoto prime lens for 35 mm SLR cameras with the M42 screw mount. This is rather a rare telephoto lens. It is difficult to find any information both on the lens and its manufacturer. It was presumably produced by Eyemik Mitake Optical Co Ltd (Mitake).
16 lut 2007 · Hi, I've just spotted a M42 mount 40-85mm f3.5 Formula 5 lens on ebay. Anyone heard of the brand? Just curious really I probably won't try and buy it but it would be good to hear it's a true optical star, lol and I could pick it up dirt cheap.

Formula 5 135mm f2.8 MC - Lens. Currently Unavailable. Minolta MD (SR Mount) Minolta introduced their manual focus lens mount in 1958 with the SR-2. The mount would be called a few things over its 40 year production run, including SR and ”Minolta Mount” but is now generally known as Minolta MD.
