We practice Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6:30am to 8:00am at the Nashua Boys and Girls Club 5-lane 25-yard pool. A team member is on deck at all times during workout sessions. Structured workouts are geared toward adults above age 18 from a wide variety of swimming abilities.

Swimming Paths. Each swimmer will have the option of choosing their swimming path. Pride swimming is part of both the Boys & Girls Club league and NHSA (New Hampshire Swimming Association), providing you with three different paths based on your desired commitment. We offer a variety of Guardian and Child swim lessons for children ages 6 months to 3 years. Our objective is to support families with a foundation of swim skills at an early age. Basic water skills are introduced as well as safety tips and drowning prevention.
The team continued swimming strong through the years with an average size of 80 swimmers. “There was a whole shelf of trophies,” recalls Karen Thomas (former Prospectors and STORM swim parent). By 1983, the Prospectors won ten NH YMCA Championships in a row.
